Oh. My. Heart. This book. Jen is all up in her feels right now. I can’t even form coherent sentences at the moment. I may be an old, cis-hetero lady but I felt every word and my maternal instincts went into overdrive. I just wanted to wrap all of these characters in a big mama bear hug and try to make the world a better place for them. Except for Bailey. He’s on his own.
A real review will follow at some point, hopefully. For now, just go and pre-order this book. It releases on August 24th.
