Book Review: Blindsided

OK, I have a bone to pick with ALL y’all. How, in the name of Zeus’ butthole (name that movie), have you allowed me to go all this time without reading an Amy Daws book??? Seriously, you gotta help a girl out here!

Fortunately, Blindsided came up as a KU rec months ago, and the premise sounded fun so I downloaded it. And there it sat. Unread. For MONTHS. Until I decided that I would use my November New Authors Resolution to check out the titles that had been lingering on my KU shelf the longest.

And holy hell, I loved this story! It had all the sass and heat and banter and laughs I needed, wrapped up in a big, muscled footballer hug. And I swear, ever since I discovered that I’m about half Scottish a few months ago, I have been craving stories with big, burly Scotsmen.

So NOW, of course, when I thought I was all smart and had my TBR locked down till the end of the year, OF COURSE I’m going to have to go back and read about all of the Harris brothers, along with whatever other sexy men Daws has dreamed up. {sigh} It’s a tough job, but somebody has to do it! 😂
