July looks like it will be a great month for new book releases! These are the six titles I’m most looking forward to this month:

Acts of Violet by Margarita Montimore (July 5th, Flatiron): OK, truth time – I’m not actually looking forward to this book because I already read it, thanks to an ARC from Flatiron. But I will tell you that YOU should be looking forward to it because it is SO GOOD. I squealed a little bit when I received the ARC, because I loved Montimore’s last book, Oona Out of Order. I haven’t posted my review yet, but I will say that it’s a @jennesaisreads Starred Review. 🤩
Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow by Gabreille Zevin (July 5th, Knopf): I am currently reading an ARC of this gem of a book. I haven’t made it too far, but I’m loving everything that I have read. I really like the author’s voice in this story, but I haven’t quite figured out why yet. Hopefully it will come to me as I finish it up this weekend.
A Heavy Dose of Allison Tandy by Jeff Bishop (July 12th, Penguin Teen): Honestly, this one wasn’t even on my radar until I started looking through upcoming releases, but it definitely sounds right up my alley. Can’t wait to check it out!
You, Me, and Our Heartstrings by Melissa See (July 19th, Scholastic): I first heard about this one several months back and added it to my mental Want to Read list, but then lost track of it for a bit. Then I saw it was releasing this month and knew it had to be on this list. I’m loving the disability and anxiety rep I’m seeing in books these days!
From the Jump by Lacie Waldon (July 19th, Putnam): Requesting this ARC was a no-brainer, because The Layover was such a fun read! As a reformed “yes-woman” myself, I think I’m really going to like this one.
Nobody’s Princess by Erica Ridley (July 26, Forever): Book 3 of the Wild Wynchesters!! Yes, I have a digital ARC tantalizing me on my Kindle, but I have already preordered a physical copy because I MUST have it on my shelf right next to The Duke Heist and The Perks of Loving a Wallflower. I’m so excited for Graham’s story!
❓So tell me, what book are you most looking forward to this month?
