Most Anticipated August Reads

Here are the six books that I am most looking forward to this month:

Husband Material by Alexis Hall (August 2nd, Sourcebooks Casablanca): Again this month I have cheated with my first anticipated read because, as you may have noticed from my review earlier today, I have already read it. But it was the book I was MOST looking forward to this month, so I’m counting it.

The Feeling of Falling In Love by Mason Deaver (August 2nd, PUSH): I love everything of Deaver’s I have read, and I know they will not ever let me down. I have a preorder hopefully on its way to me soon!

The Hookup Plan by Farrah Rochon (August 2nd, Forever): I’ve been (im)patiently waiting for this third installment of the Boyfriend Project series, because I’ve been dying to get London’s story. I downloaded the audio this afternoon and am loving it already.

Mika in Real Life by Emiko Jean (August 9th, William Morrow): This is a book that wasn’t even on my radar until I was looking at a list of upcoming releases, but it sounded so good that I’m definitely going to have to check it out. (ETA: apparently the list I was working from was not updated. This book released TODAY!)

Love on the Brain by Ali Hazelwood (August 23rd, Berkley): I was so excited to get an ARC of this because I absolutely ADORED The Love Hypothesis. I just started reading it today and I’m already halfway through. It’s so good!

This Is Why They Hate Us by Aaron H. Aceves (August 23rd, Simon & Schuster): This is a book that I heard about briefly a couple of months back and then lost track of. When I spotted it on the list of upcoming releases I knew it had to be on this list.
