A Lady for a Duke by Alexis Hall

A historical romance about a trans woman and a grumpy duke? Sign my ass up!

Hall has a talent for prose that seems to transcend any genre. You will be sucked in and will only be let go on his terms, when he is done putting you through an emotional wringer or making you swoon over his characters or forcing every last laugh out of you. I seriously don’t know how he does it, but I’m certainly not complaining.

A Lady for a Duke is Hall’s second go at historical romance, and he has once again crafted a magnificent love story. As a rule, I don’t like historicals. As another rule, I love Hall’s historicals. That should be reason enough for you to add this one to your TBR.
